New Patient Information

The care and well-being of your pets, our patients, is our utmost concern. Pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations to be seen at our clinic. If your pet is overdue, we will administer the rabies vaccine during the appointment.

First Visit

When bringing your pet in for a checkup, remember he or she may be a little uneasy about new people and other animals. This is one of the reasons we ask that you restrain your pet before coming into the clinic.

We suggest animals be placed on leashes or in a pet carrier before exiting your car and entering the clinic. Your pet and others in the waiting area will appreciate your care. If you think your pet may have any contagious disease, call us first with details so we can make special arrangements to get you into an exam room without exposing other animals in the waiting room.
